I am interested in feed back and answers to these questions.

Should there be some kind of formal and recognised training for fitters.

Should all windscreen fitters be registered

Should all fitters have a registration number

Should the registration number be recorded on all job receipts / invoices.

Should we have a data base of these registred fitters

Should fitters have to display in the form of a cloth badge their qualifications and registration number on their uniform.

Would this weed out the cowboys in the industry

Should we establish an association for windscreen retail out lets

Would an association give us better buying power as a group

Who would be best to set up and control this association

I know the more members we have in an association the lowder our voices becomes,  this gives us better negotiateing power with allsorts of different businesess & suppliers
